In Garment Gatherings: High (on) Fashion Clara questions our relationship with clothing, waste and fashion. With acrobatics, physical theatre and her powerful Chinese pole dance, she demonstrates the absurdity of overconsumption. Do we wear the clothes, or do the clothes wear us? When is more too much?

The performance is full of surprising, almost magical moments that leave you in pure wonder.

Afterwards, the artist invites the audience to exchange their own clothes. Time to get those forgotten treasures out of your closet and give them a new life!

Company

Clara Köpf graduates in 2024 from Codarts Circus Arts and dives right into her first creation:

Garment Gatherings: High (on) Fashion.

For this, she draws inspiration from the ecological and social impact of fast fashion and the mountains of textile waste that flood our world.
